Job Description

Position: Sales Team Lead & HR – Recruitment Experience

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Age: 28–40 years


Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase business.
  • Coordinate with management regarding manpower requirements.
  • Handle customer follow-ups and recruitment records.
  • Prepare regular sales and recruitment reports.
  • Support the company in achieving sales and HR objectives.


Requirements:

  • 4-5 Years of relevant experience in Sales Team Management and HR/Recruitment.
  • Strong communication and team-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
  • Good knowledge of recruitment & employee coordination
