Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Deliver technical presentations, pitch products to clients, and help close sales orders.
- Installation & Setup: Install, configure, and commission new machinery or hardware on-site.
- Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose faults, perform routine servicing, and resolve technical breakdowns.
- Customer Training: Teach client staff how to safely and effectively operate the equipment.
- Client Relations: Follow up on service requests, maintain support logs, and build long-term accounts
