Sales Representative

The primary responsibility of this role is Sales & Marketing and Distributor Handling. Candidates with prior experience in the Stationery industry will be preferred.

The working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and the employee is expected to work in the field on a daily basis.

The key responsibilities include:

Driving sales growth and achieving monthly sales targets.

Handling and maintaining strong relationships with distributors.

Generating primary and secondary sales.

Visiting the market regularly to expand business opportunities.

Collecting payments from distributors and ensuring timely collections.

Monitoring outstanding payments and following up for recovery.

Implementing company sales strategies and promotional activities.

Submitting daily market reports and sales updates.

The primary objective of this role is to increase sales, strengthen distributor relationships, and ensure timely payment collections while achieving the company's business targets.
