Job Description
1) CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Greet and engage customers professionally.
- Understand customer needs and showcase suitable jewellery.
- Deliver warm, personalised customer experiences.
2) SALES SUPPORT
- Learn upselling, cross-selling, and product promotion techniques.
- Promote new arrivals, schemes, and offers.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets.
3) PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
- Learn about hallmarking, certifications, and jewellery specifications.
- Stay updated on collections, designs, and market trends.
4) SHOWROOM OPERATIONS
- Maintain display counters and showroom presentation.
- Assist in billing and documentation under supervision.
- Coordinate with inventory for stock availability.
