Job SummaryWe are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Counter Sales Officer to join our Tanishq Jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, explaining jewellery products, and ensuring an excellent showroom experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
• Explain product details, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly.
• Handle counter sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and potential sales.
• Coordinate with the showroom team regarding product availability.
• Maintain proper product display and showroom presentation.
• Support billing and other sales-related activities when required.
• Maintain daily sales and customer enquiry records.
• Requirements1–3 years of relevant retail/showroom sales experience preferred.
• Jewellery sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-friendly attitude and positive approach.
• Confident, presentable, and target-oriented.
• Ability to understand customer needs and convert enquiries into sales.
• Willingness to learn about jewellery products and sales processes.

Salary₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
