Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant branches in Chennai. - Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day restaurant operations efficiently.
- Ensure implementation of SOPs and service standards on a daily basis.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
- Handle staff scheduling, supervision, motivation, and retention activities.
- Drive sales through effective upselling and customer engagement initiatives.
- Maintain discipline and productivity among restaurant staff.
- Ensure smooth coordination between FOH and BOH operations.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports to management.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
