Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant branches in Chennai.   • Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day restaurant operations efficiently.
  • Ensure implementation of SOPs and service standards on a daily basis.
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
  • Handle staff scheduling, supervision, motivation, and retention activities.
  • Drive sales through effective upselling and customer engagement initiatives.

  • Ensure smooth coordination between FOH and BOH operations.
  • Prepare and submit daily operational reports to management.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
