Job Title: Telecaller – Loan Services

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The main responsibility is to contact customers, explain loan products, and help them get loans through HDB Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Explain personal loan / business loan details clearly
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable loan options
Follow up with interested customers
Guide customers through the loan application process
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English)
Basic phone handling skills
Freshers can apply
Experience in telecalling/sales is an advantage
