Mortgage Loans:

• Primary Purpose: Buying a home/property or borrowing against an already owned, unencumbered property (Loan Against Property).
• Asset Type: An appreciating or long-lasting immovable asset (building).
• Collateral Risk: Because mortgages involve large sums, defaulting leads to foreclosure, where the lender seizes the property to recover the debt. 

Vehicle Loans:

• Primary Purpose: Purchasing a brand-new or used car, or a two-wheeler.
• Asset Type: A depreciating asset that loses value over time.
• Tenure: Short-term, usually ranging from 1 to 7 years.
• Loan Amount: Smaller, based entirely on the vehicle's retail or resale value.
• Collateral Risk: The vehicle acts as the sole collateral. If you default, the lender repossesses and auctions the vehicle.

Customer Support & Relations: Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely resolution.

Relationship Management: Proactively identify sales prospects, nurture client relationships, and follow up on leads to drive business growth.

Documentation: Maintain accurate, updated customer records, interaction logs, and feedback in the CRM system.

Sales & Growth: Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and promote product/service upgrades to existing clients.

Coordination: Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and support teams to streamline the customer journey.
