Role & Responsibilities

Mode of Business : 50% through given leads (through Telecalling Team) & 50% through Self generated leads

For Self source business:

* Generate new leads through references, networking, and field activities

Common business activities:

* Meet prospective and existing clients to understand their financial needs

* Promote and sell Life Insurance, Health Insurance & Mutual Fund products

* Build and maintain long-term client relationships

* Provide post-sales service and portfolio review support

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

* Cross-sell and up-sell financial products to existing clients

* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Desired Candidate Profile

* 3–5 years of experience in selling Mutual Funds / Life Insurance / Health Insurance

* Strong passion for sales and customer relationship management

* Good communication and negotiation skills

* Self-motivated and target-driven

* Age group: 25–35 years preferred

* Graduation mandatory (Finance background preferred)

* Candidates residing in chennai and willing to travel Adyar
