Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help clients find their perfect property. Your main goal will be to turn inquiries into successful property sales through excellent communication and follow-ups.
What You Will Do
Handle Inquiries: Call potential leads and answer questions about our properties.
Property Tours: Meet clients on-site to show them the project, flats, or plots.
Close Sales: Negotiate prices and payment plans to finalize the deal.
Find New Leads: Network with brokers and use social media to find new buyers.
Paperwork: Help clients with booking forms and basic documentation.
Requirements
Skills: Strong talking and negotiation skills.
Attitude: Target-driven, polite, and confident.
Schedule: Must be comfortable working on weekends (this is when most clients visit).
Travel: Having your own bike/car is preferred for site visits.
