Real Estate Sales Executive

Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive for residential development projects. The candidate will be responsible for client coordination, property sales, site visit management, and coordinating with banks for home loan processing. The ideal applicant should have good communication and sales skills, with the ability to handle customers professionally and achieve sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries related to residential projects.
• Coordinate with prospective buyers and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
• Arrange and manage site visits for clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful sales closures.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for home loan processing.
• Assist clients in documentation related to loan approvals and property booking.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and bankers.
• Prepare sales reports and update customer databases regularly.
