Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Understand customer requirements and business needs through consultations and discovery meetings.



Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and proposals.



Work closely with the sales team to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and business objectives.



Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, proposals, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.



Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure the feasibility and accuracy of proposed solutions.



Assist in identifying opportunities for product enhancement based on client feedback.



Conduct market and competitor analysis to support solution positioning and value proposition.



Train and support the sales team with up-to-date product knowledge and use-case scenarios.



Attend client meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed.




Requirements:



Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.



1–3 years of experience in presales, technical sales, or a customer-facing technical role (experience level may be adjusted).



Strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer engagement process.



Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.



Ability to translate complex technical details into simple, value-driven messages.



Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools and presentation software.
