# Job Title: Real Estate Field Officer

# Job Responsibilities:

Visit project sites and meet prospective customers.

Explain plot details, pricing, offers, and bank loan facilities.

Generate new leads through field marketing and local campaigns.

Follow up with customers and arrange site visits.

Coordinate with the sales team to close bookings.

Maintain daily field visit and customer reports.

Build strong relationships with customers and local contacts.

# Requirements:

10th/12th Pass or Any Degree.

Good communication skills (Tamil; English is an added advantage).

IF Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is good

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Passion for sales and customer interaction.
