IT Recruiter

We are looking for an IT Sourcing Specialist with 1–2 years of experience and excellent sourcing skills to identify and engage top IT talent. This role focuses purely on sourcing and pipeline building. Experience in remote IT staffing is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media

Use Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines

Identify and engage passive candidates

Perform initial profile screening

Maintain candidate databases and sourcing trackers

Share qualified profiles with internal recruiters/hiring managers

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in IT sourcing/recruitment

Excellent sourcing and networking skills

Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals

Good understanding of IT roles and technologies

Strong communication skills

Ability to work independently

Preferred:

Experience in remote sourcing/IT staffing

Exposure to international sourcing is a plus
