Job description:
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle walk-in inquiries and assist customers at the branch with KYC, documentation, and account-related requirements.
- Provide customer service, guidance, and product orientation to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct interest collection calls, follow up with existing customers, and communicate updates and requirements effectively.
- Perform branch-level backend and administrative activities, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.
- Prospect and identify new leads, understand customer needs, and pitch suitable products/services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers by providing prompt and effective client service.
- Manage end-to-end customer relationships, including lead generation, follow-ups, service support, and customer retention.
- Ensure a positive customer experience while meeting branch service and business development objectives.
