Inside Sales Specialist

Role Description:

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will engage with students and parents to understand their educational goals and provide personalized counselling. You will drive enrolments through strategic sales planning, performance tracking, and continuous process improvement while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to guide students on academic options.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve conversions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sales processes and enhance customer experience.

• Provide professional academic counselling to prospective students and parents.

• Manage leads, follow-ups, and conversion pipelines efficiently.

• Achieve assigned enrolment and revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and reports.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Post-Graduation.

• Experience: 1–3 years in sales or counselling roles.

• Languages: Fluency in English and Tamil (mandatory).

• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
