Position: HR Recruiter
Responsibilities:
* Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
* Conduct initial telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
* Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
* Coordinate the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
* Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
* Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
