Position: HR Executive

Gender: Only Female

Age: 23–35 years

Experience: 1+ years preferred

Location: [2nd St, Loganathan Nagar, Padmanabha Nagar, Choolaimedu, Chennai-600094]

Salary: [23,000-40,000]Based upon experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Handle attendance, leave, and basic HR administration.
• Support employee engagement and HR activities.
• Address employee queries and coordinate with management.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements:

• Any graduate with good communication skills.
• Previous experience in HR/recruitment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office & word/ excel and basic HR processes.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements.
