Position: Team Leader – Housekeeping

Location: Chennai (Field-Based – Multiple Client Locations across OMR)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,00 per month

About the Role

Fixzep is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to supervise housekeeping

operations across multiple client locations in the OMR region. The Team Leader will ensure service

quality, manage housekeeping staff, and maintain client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff at multiple client locations.
• Allocate daily work and monitor attendance and productivity.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Train and guide housekeeping associates on cleaning procedures and safety practices
• Ensure availability of cleaning materials and equipment at all sites.
• Resolve client concerns and coordinate with the Operations team.
• Prepare daily reports and update management on workforce and site status.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in housekeeping or facility management.
• Previous experience leading a housekeeping team is preferred.
• Willing to travel across multiple client locations in OMR, Chennai.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of housekeeping operations and safety standards.
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler and driving licence (preferred).
