🌟 About the RoleGrow Value Properties is looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with real estate industry experience to create eye-catching designs for branding, property promotions, and lead generation campaigns.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities🎨 Design & Creative WorkDesign brochures, flyers, banners, standees, hoardings, and marketing materials.
• Create social media creatives, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign visuals.
• Develop branding concepts, logos, and visual identity for new projects.
• Design project presentations, floor plans, site layouts, and promotional creatives.
• Create website banners, landing page creatives, and email campaign visuals.
• 📣 Marketing SupportWork closely with the sales & marketing team for campaign requirements.
• Create engaging visuals for lead generation and brand awareness.
• Maintain consistency in all branding materials.
• 🤝 Coordination & ExecutionCoordinate with printers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
• 🛠️ Required Skills💻 Technical SkillsProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Canva, Figma preferred
• Video editing / motion graphics knowledge is a plus 🎬
• Strong understanding of typography, layouts, and print production
• 🏘️ Industry ExperienceExperience in Real Estate / Construction / Architecture preferred
• Understanding of property marketing and branding trends
• 🌟 Soft SkillsCreative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
