Field Sales Executive

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to drive sales growth and manage customer relationships within assigned territories. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and industry knowledge relevant to their respective product categories.

The Laboratory Instruments position specifically requires candidates with technical knowledge of analytical and laboratory instruments along with after-sales support coordination experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote and sell assigned laboratory products/instruments within designated territories.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify target customers, industry segments, and new business opportunities.
• Build strong long-term customer relationships through regular visits and support.
• Achieve assigned targets brand-wise and customer segment-wise.
• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
• Coordinate quotations, order processing, and customer requirements with internal teams.
• Maintain sales reports, customer records, and market feedback updates.
• Travel to customer locations for business development and support activities.
• Additional Responsibilities – Instrument Sales Position
• Handle sales of analytical, electrochemistry, and general laboratory instruments.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions with customers.
• Coordinate after-sales support and customer service activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Instrumentation, or related scientific fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in laboratory product/instrument sales or related industries.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Technical knowledge of laboratory instruments will be an added advantage for the instrument sales role.
• Multilingual communication skills preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
