Driver Cum Office Boy

Job Summary:

The Office Assistant cum Driver will support day-to-day office operations by handling document delivery and collection, assisting with routine office tasks, performing basic maintenance or handy work, and providing driving support for official purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and collect documents, drawings, parcels, and other items to and from client offices, government departments, and vendors.
• Provide driving support for official visits, meetings, and site travel as required.
• Assist with routine office errands such as bank visits, courier dispatch, and purchase of office supplies.
• Support basic office tasks including filing, photocopying, document handling, and record movement.
• Carry out minor handy work and general assistance around the office when required.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is kept clean, well-maintained, and serviced on time.
• Maintain travel logs, fuel records, and ensure compliance with traffic rules.

Basic Requirements:

• Valid driving license with good driving record.
• Familiarity with local routes and government offices.
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Ability to assist with basic office and support tasks.
