Job Description
Hiring | Customer Support Executive – Voice Process
Domain: Banking Process
We are hiring candidates for the role of Customer Support Executive (Voice Process). Freshers are welcome to apply.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Any Graduate (Mandatory)
• Freshers can apply
• Immediate Joiners Preferred
Language Requirement:
Excellent English communication with any one regional language:
• Hindi
• Kannada
• Marathi
• Oriya
• Bengali
• Malayalam
Work Schedule:
• 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Week Off
• 8 Hours Work + 1 Hour Break
Female Shift Timing:
7 AM – 3 PM window (9-hour shift)
Male Shift Timing:
24/7 Rotational Shift including Night Shifts
Salary Package (CTC):
• Malayalam – Fresher: 2.2 LPA | Experience: 2.3 LPA
• Hindi – Fresher: 2.2 LPA | Experience: 2.4 LPA
• Kannada – Fresher: 2.3 LPA | Experience: 2.5 LPA
• Bengali – Fresher: 2.4 LPA | Experience: 2.6 LPA
• Oriya – Fresher: 2.4 LPA | Experience: 2.6 LPA
• Marathi – Fresher: 2.4 LPA | Experience: 2.6 LPA
