About the Role - We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can manage digital campaigns, create engaging content, and support website operations. This hybrid role combines digital marketing, content creation, HTML development, and CMS management.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and other online channels.
• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Conduct keyword research and support SEO initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

HTML Development & CMS Support

• Update and maintain website content using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Joomla, or similar systems.
• Create and edit landing pages using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Upload and manage website content, images, banners, and promotional materials.
• Ensure website pages are mobile-friendly and optimized for performance.
• Coordinate with designers and developers for website enhancements and updates.
• Troubleshoot basic website and CMS-related issues.

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist in handling customer chat and email inquiries when required.
• Provide prompt and professional responses to customer queries.
• Support customers with basic product, service, or website-related information.
• Requirements1–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Web Content Management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, paid advertising, and content creation.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and website optimization.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good to HaveExperience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other performance marketing platforms.
• Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
• Prior exposure to customer support or chat handling.
