## Job Overview

We are looking for a smart, creative, and tech-savvy *Digital Marketing Executive & IT Administrator* who can manage our digital presence, marketing campaigns, office IT infrastructure, and automation tools.

This is an in-office position with excellent opportunities to learn, grow, and work on multiple business brands.

## Key Responsibilities

### Digital Marketing

* Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ad Campaigns

* Manage Facebook & Instagram business pages

* Handle WhatsApp Business & WhatsApp Communities

* Upload and manage YouTube videos

* Create engaging social media content

* Monitor campaign performance and generate reports

### Graphic Design

* Design posters, banners, brochures, and marketing creatives

* Logo designing

* Knowledge of Canva and Adobe Photoshop

* Basic video editing is an added advantage

### IT Administration

* Basic computer hardware troubleshooting

* Printer, network, Wi-Fi, and system maintenance

* Software installation and system configuration

* Maintain office IT assets

### Software & Automation

* Implement and manage Zoho applications

* Basic knowledge of ChatGPT and AI tools for business productivity

* Support automation and digital workflow implementation
