Job Role & Responsibilities


Agents are responsible for efficiently resolving customer concerns via chat while maintaining high service standards. Key tasks include:


Assisting with bookings, cancellations, and refund processing.


Managing flight delay queries and general resolution.


Supporting loyalty programs, including reward point management.
