Customer Service Representative – Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle student & parent enquiries through calls and WhatsApp
- Explain courses, study abroad & MBBS opportunities
- Generate leads and schedule counselling sessions
- Follow up with interested candidates
- Maintain call records and student database
- Achieve daily & monthly targets
