Customer Service Representative – Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle student & parent enquiries through calls and WhatsApp
  • Explain courses, study abroad & MBBS opportunities
  • Generate leads and schedule counselling sessions
  • Follow up with interested candidates
  • Maintain call records and student database
  • Achieve daily & monthly targets

Skills Required:

Good communication, convincing skills, basic computer knowledge & positive attitude.
