Job Description

We're looking for enthusiastic and energetic youngsters to join our growing team at Avishya - a premium Indian Women's Ethnic Wear brand. You will receive practical day to day training to work across e-commerce, retail operations and customer handling. This is a premium fashion product and the chosen candidates will be servicing high end customers of our products. There is no sales target or sales pressure. Our focus is on providing excellent customer service and supporting day-to-day operations.


Key responsibilities:


1. Assist customers in retail store and over the phone/WhatsApp.

2. Handle customer queries, returns and exchanges.

3. Upload and manage products on Shopify, Amazon, Myntra and other marketplaces.

4. Update website banners, collections and product information.

5. Assist with basic digital marketing tasks such as publishing approved content when required.

6. Support day-to-day store and business operations.
