Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities.

·      Supervise daily construction activities at the site

·      Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and technical specifications

·      Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site supervisors

·      Monitor work progress and report to the Project Manager

·      Ensure quality control and compliance with construction standards

·      Manage site materials, tools, and manpower efficiently

·      Take site measurements and assist in billing and quantity calculations

·      Maintain daily site reports, progress reports, and documentation

·      Enforce safety rules and ensure proper use of safety equipment

·      Identify site issues and provide technical solutions

·      Coordinate with consultants and inspectors during site visits

·      Ensure compliance with statutory and local authority requirements
