Chief Dharma Officer

CHIEF DHARMA OFFICER (CDO)

The Chief Dharma Officer (CDO) will serve as the operational and cultural backbone of the organization ensuring that execution is disciplined, systems are strong, and integrity is uncompromised.

Key Responsibilities

1. Organizational Operations

1. Oversee day-to-day operations across all business verticals
2. Ensure seamless execution of programs, retreats, and digital initiatives
3. Build and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

2. Governance & Integrity

1. Define and enforce organizational values and code of conduct
2. Establish accountability frameworks across teams
3. Address and resolve internal discipline or integrity issues

3. Founder’s Office

1. Act as the primary interface for the founder
2. Translate vision into execution plans
3. Filter and prioritize all operational communication

4. Team & Performance Management

1. Build, manage, and optimize teams
2. Drive performance tracking and reporting systems
3. Ensure ownership and accountability at every level

5. Systems & Process Excellence

1. Reduce dependency on individuals by building scalable systems
2. Continuously improve operational efficiency
3. Implement tools for tracking execution and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in operations, consulting, or founder’s office roles
• Proven ability to manage complex, fast-paced environments
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• High level of personal integrity and accountability

• Emotional maturity and strong interpersonal awareness

Reporting Structure

• Reports directly to Founder
• Works closely with CEO and leadership team
