Business Development Executive (BDE) – Corporate Car Rental

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, acquire corporate clients, and expand our corporate car rental and employee transportation services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Meet potential clients and present company services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Follow up on client requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the car rental, travel, transportation, or mobility industry.
• Experience in corporate client acquisition and account management is preferred.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Salary₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + incentive
