Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, generate new opportunities, and build long-term client relationships for our IT solutions and services business. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure in enterprise sales, client acquisition, account management, and solution selling within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, enterprise, and institutional sectors.

• Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
• Promote IT products and solutions including desktops, laptops, servers, networking, storage, surveillance, peripherals, and IT services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams for solution proposals.
• Prepare business presentations, quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiations.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners for business development activities.
• Attend client meetings, presentations, and business discussions regularly.
• Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
