Job Description – Branch Manager

  • Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and improve branch revenue.
  • Supervise and guide employees across all departments.
  • Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Monitor billing, cash handling, inventory, and expenses.
  • Ensure employees follow company SOPs and policies.
  • Coordinate with Head Office and management.
  • Drive business growth and maintain service quality.
