Back Office Operations Executive

We are looking for a motivated, results driven Back office operations executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by reaching out to prospective customers, qualifying leads, and closing sales via phone, email, and other digital communication channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Key Responsibilities
• :Prospecting & Lead Generation: Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and build relationships.
• Qualify Sales Opportunities: Use a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs, qualify leads, and recommend solutions.
• Sales Presentations & Demos: Present and demonstrate the value of our products/services to potential clients through virtual meetings and phone calls.
• Close Sales: Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth handoff to the customer success or account management team.
• Manage CRM: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, interactions, and opportunities in our CRM system.
• Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales quotas and KPIs while contributing to team goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align on strategies and generate high-quality leads.
• Customer Retention: Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
