Job Description

  • Customer Engagement: Greet visitors on the showroom floor or lot, listen to needs, and recommend matching vehicle models.
  • Demonstrations: Explain vehicle features, safety specs, and technology, and lead test drives.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Discuss pricing, trade-in values, and monthly payments.
  • Financing & Paperwork: Guide clients through credit applications, loan options, warranties, and sales contracts.
  • Lead Generation: Follow up with phone, email, or social media leads and maintain past customer relationships
