Job Description
Assistant Accounts Manager
Experience: 2–6 Years
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the company’s overall accounting and finance operations.
- Handle daily accounting, invoicing, payables, receivables, and banking activities.
- Prepare and maintain monthly bank reconciliation statements.
- Monitor expenses, cash flow, and financial transactions.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Support monthly and annual closing of accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate financial records and proper documentation.
- Assist management with financial analysis and decision-making.
- Supervise and support the accounts team when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- 2–6 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and taxation.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle finance operations independently.
