Accounts and Finance Executive

 Key Responsibilities

* Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions using Zoho Books.

* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

* Create and manage customer invoices, vendor bills, credit notes, and payment records.

* Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.

* Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and reconciliations.

* Maintain fixed asset and depreciation records.

* Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities.

* Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

* Ensure accurate bookkeeping and compliance with accounting standards.

* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve finance-related queries.

## Required Skills

* Hands-on experience with the Zoho Finance Suite, including:

 * Zoho Books

 * Zoho Inventory

 * Zoho Expense

 * Zoho Invoice

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

* Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial reporting).

* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

## Experience

* 2–5 years of accounting experience.

* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using Zoho Books or the Zoho Finance Suite.
