Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Executive (Tally)
Job Description:
- Manage daily accounting transactions using Tally ERP.
- Record and maintain student college fee collections and receipts.
- Handle cash, bank transactions, and fund management.
- Prepare payment vouchers and process vendor payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor account balances.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Assist in preparing budgets and tracking expenses.
- Ensure all payments are processed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with departments regarding fees, funds, and payments.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial compliance.
- Perform overall accounts-related work at the Head Office and support the finance team.
