Job Description
📝 Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Jio Point
- Ensure achievement of sales and activation targets
- Lead and manage the Jio Point team
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Strengthen customer relationships and resolve escalations
- Drive field activities and monitor performance metrics
- Ensure adherence to company policies and processes
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales/retail/telecom
- Strong leadership, communication & customer handling skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Age as per company policy (deviations may apply)
