• Stay up-to-date with the latest immigration laws and policies for various countries.
• Prepare and submit visa applications on behalf of clients, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Advise on the best immigration options based on the client’s profile and goals.
• Help clients understand visa interview processes, if applicable.
• Provide post-submission support, including tracking application status and addressing any concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
• Handle inquiries from potential clients, offering consultations and explaining the visa services offered.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in immigration consultancy or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of visa and immigration processes for various countries.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and applications simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for helping clients achieve their immigration goals.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with immigration for Canada, the USA, the UK, Australia, or other popular destinations.
• A certification in immigration law or consultancy.
• Multilingual skills are an asset.
