A Podcast Telecaller promotes podcast production services, or secures advertising sponsors via phone. The role requires pitching audio services to creators, following up on marketing leads

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Contact podcasters, content creators, and businesses to introduce audio production, editing, and studio booking services.
• Lead Qualification: Assess prospective clients to determine their podcasting needs, budget, and content goals.
• Sponsorship Sales: Pitch ad slots and brand partnerships to potential sponsors if the campaign focuses on selling podcast ad inventory.
• Pipeline Management: Track call logs, lead status, and client follow-ups in the company's Customer Relationship Management System.
• Objection Handling: Address client concerns regarding pricing, service turnaround time, or ROI with tailored solutions.

Essential Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of prior experience in tele-sales, business development, or the media and advertising industry.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills; fluency in English and local regional languages is a major plus.
• Industry Interest: A foundational passion for audio content, podcasting, and digital media trends.
