Job DescriptionMahakaali X LLC is hiring Inbound Customer Support Executives for its US and Canada process. We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and English-speaking candidates who can handle inbound customer interactions professionally and deliver excellent service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls from customers based in the US and Canada.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
• Follow company guidelines, processes, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams when required for issue resolution.
