Telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller who can connect with students, explain our courses, and generate walk-ins for admissions. If you have good communication skills and a convincing approach, this is a great opportunity to start or grow your career.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads and explain courses (Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, AI, etc.)
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into walk-ins
• Follow up with interested candidates regularly
• Maintain call records and update CRM/data sheets
• Achieve daily/weekly call and walk-in targets
• Coordinate with the counselling team for admissions

💼 Required Skills

• Good communication & convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling tools)
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mind-set
• Ability to handle rejection and pressure

🎓 Eligibility

• 12th Pass / Graduate
• Fresher’s can apply
• Experience in tele calling, sales, or customer support is a plus
