Job Description
A Study Visa Counsellor guides students through international education and visa application processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Counseling: Advise students and families on study-abroad options, top courses, matching universities, and foreign countries (such as Canada, Australia, and the UK). [1]
- Profile Assessment: Evaluate academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial profiles to recommend suitable academic paths. [1]
- Documentation & Filing: Help students prepare, review, and organize application forms, Statement of Purposes (SOPs), financial papers, and visa files with high accuracy. [1]
- Policy Tracking: Stay updated on changing international immigration laws, embassy regulations, and institutional admission requirements. [1]
- Coordination & Follow-ups: Communicate with universities, internal teams, and clients while maintaining structured case records and meeting conversion targe
