·        Develop, execute, and optimize monthly social media strategies aligned with business goals.

·        Identify target audience behaviors and curate content that resonates.

·        Stay up to date with the latest social platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.

📌 Content Creation

·        Create engaging, relevant, and quality content (videos, reels, carousel posts, stories, captions).

·        Craft messaging that aligns with Successvisa’s voice and brand values.

·        Collaborate with design/creative teams to produce visuals and animated content.

📌 Community Engagement

·        Monitor, engage, and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across platforms.

·        Build and nurture communities on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms.

·        Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations.

📌 Performance & Reporting

·        Track KPIs: engagement rate, reach, impressions, follower growth, conversions, etc.

·        Prepare weekly and monthly analytics reports with actionable insights.

·        Use data to refine and improve content and growth strategies.

📌 Campaign Management

·        Plan and execute promo campaigns aligned with milestones (seminars, webinars, special programs).

·        Work with paid advertising teams to scale results (if applicable).
