Senior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

GST Compliance

·       Filing monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) GSTR-2B reconciliation and follow-up on input mismatches

·       Preparation and filing of GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C (Annual Returns)

·       GST audit coordination and maintenance of proper records

TDS Compliance

·       Timely deduction and deposit of TDS

·       Filing of TDS returns  

Income Tax Compliance

·       Basic understanding of income tax returns

Trade Payables (Accounts Payable)

·       Managing vendor payments, reconciliations, and ageing reports

Trade Receivables (Accounts Receivable)

·       Following up on customer payments and account reconciliation

·       Preparing debtor ageing and collection reports

Sales & Commercial Operations

·       Supporting billing

·       Understanding of pricing, margins, credit terms

·       Coordination with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams

·       Supporting preparation of MIS reports and commercial summaries

General Accounting

·       Journal entries, cash/bank reconciliation

·       Handling day-to-day accounting tasks

·       Supporting internal and statutory audit

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·       B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

·       4–10 years of experience in accounts and commercial operations

·       Strong working knowledge of GST, GSTR-9/9C, TDS, and Income Tax

·       Understanding of commercial activities like billing, pricing, credit terms, and order processing

·       Strong command over MS Excel

·       Good communication and coordination skills

·       Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
