Job Title: MIS Executive – Restaurant Operations

Position Overview

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage data aggregation, dashboard creation, and performance reporting across our entire multi-outlet restaurant chain. You will act as the single source of truth for restaurant metrics, translating raw Point of Sale (POS) and inventory data into actionable dashboards for regional managers and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

·      Daily Reconciliation: Consolidate and reconcile daily sales data from all restaurant outlets across physical POS systems and online food aggregators (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.).

·      Inventory & COGS Tracking: Generate weekly Variance Reports matching physical stock checks against POS recipe consumption to track food wastage and theft.

·      Menu & Discount Performance: Monitor and analyze menu performance metrics, identifying slow-moving items and tracking the ROI of discount campaigns or promo codes.

·      Dashboard Automation: Maintain and upgrade interactive operational dashboards tracking metrics like Average Ticket Size (ATS), table turnaround time, and kitchen preparation SLA breaches.

·      Vendor & Commission Audit: Verify and reconcile weekly invoices and commission structural splits received from third-party delivery channels against internal POS logs.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

·      Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, or Business.

·      Core Software: Must have advanced hands-on experience with restaurant ERPs/POS systems (e.g., Petpooja, POS, Micros).

·      Data Tools: Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets proficiency is non-negotiable (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power BI/Tableau is a strong plus).

Recruiter Note: The ideal

candidate should comfortably sit between the billing counter

(front-of-house), the kitchen inventory (back-of-house), and the corporate

finance team. Prior experience handling multi-outlet operations is highly

preferred.
