Logistics Executive

We are looking for an honest, dedicated, hardworking, responsible and reliable candidate who is willing to take ownership of their responsibilities and grow with StreetGen. Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, inventory management, customer service, and basic Excel/Google Sheets skills are preferred. Experience with Shopify, e-commerce, logistics platforms, or D2C businesses is an advantage, but prior experience is not mandatory for the right candidate.

The Logistics & Customer Support Manager will be responsible for managing StreetGen’s day-to-day logistics, fulfillment, inventory, and customer support operations from our Chandigarh office. The role includes processing and dispatching orders, coordinating with courier partners, tracking shipments, managing RTOs, returns and exchanges, maintaining inventory accuracy, and resolving delivery-related issues.

The candidate will also handle customer support through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels, assisting customers with order updates, cancellations, COD issues, returns, exchanges, and complaints while maintaining a professional brand experience.
