Job Description
1. Land Acquisition: -
➢ Identification the land for residential & commercial development,
➢ Negotiation of terms and condition property rates with owners, Due–Diligence of revenue records.
➢ Title verification, evaluation of land, consolidation of Land in Punjab.
➢ Registration of land, transfer of land,
➢ Execution of lease Deeds, Deed of Conveyance, Measurement,
➢ Settlement of issues pertaining to land with Authority & Owners
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent knowledge of RERA Punjab, PUDA/GMADA regulations, and municipal bylaws.
• Strong experience in liaisoning with government authorities.
• Expertise in real estate laws, land laws, and construction compliance.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle litigation, consumer issues, and regulatory matters independently.
• High ethical standards and attention to detail.
