Job Description
Generate leads and sell Health, Life, and Motor Insurance policies.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Explain policy coverage, benefits, premiums, terms, and conditions to customers.
Handle new policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and documentation.
Follow up with customers for policy renewals and pending documents.
Coordinate with insurance companies for policy processing and customer queries.
Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Maintain daily sales, lead, and follow-up reports.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
